Altiora Consulting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess suitability.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Altiora Consulting account managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to attract top talent and stay competitive.
  • Background Checks and Drug Screening: Familiar with background checks and drug screening procedures

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
